We are excited to announce that this months featured artists are our esteemed jury members for our upcoming “Color With Me” jury show in January.

Roberto Rico is an award winning artist. He has taught all around the world. Roberto is the current President of Nevada Watercolor Society, past President of the Vegas Artists Guild, is on the Board of Directors of The Henderson Artists Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the Distract Artz. Alexander P. Huerta is a self taught visual artist.

Alexander is the embodiment of the Las Vegas Arts Distract. He is someone who has positively impacted each and every artist that has had the pleasure of meeting him. Beyond touching the hearts of local artists, Alexander has also taught our local youths here in Las Vegas. You’ll find his studio “PeacenArt”, were he creates his remarkable pieces of art, in the world famous Arts Factory in downtown Las Vegas’s Arts Distract.

KD Matheson is an amazing local figure here in the Las Vegas Arts Distract. He produces art of the fantastic and surreal…paintings of otherworldy visions and dreamscapes, magical, timeless, arcane, psychedelic and macabre.

We will also be displaying all of our upcoming classes Jana’s RedRoom has to offer on one of our main walls in the Grand Room. We have a such a variety of talented teachers…Omayra Amador with her wonderful wheat pasting, Michael Volpicelli and his enamoring drawing classes, Julinya Vidigal De Vince and her beautiful figure drawing, and Liz Gini with her stunning floral watercolor classes.
